CRI Provides statistical evidence and testimony to support complex litigation. The founder and President of CRI is Dr. Herbert Weisberg, who holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Columbia and a Ph.D. in Statistics from Harvard. He has specialized in developing and applying quantitative methodology for a variety of business decision-making problems, with a particular emphasis on legal and regulatory issues. Dr. Weisberg is supported by a small staff and a network of computer programmers and technical specialists.

CRI is set apart from most technical consulting firms by its focus on the broader systemic context in which the statistical issues arise. We ask penetrating questions to elicit an understanding of the background and how the disputing parties perceive the situation. Based on many years of experience, we have learned how data can best be portrayed to educate a judge or jury.
